Presale Terms

​The product detailed by 11550683 Canada Inc. (hereafter "LS Tech+") is in the prototyping phase. LS Tech+ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the prototype of the product shown, whether before or after you place the pre-order. You understand and agree that the product, its design and specifications are under development and that the product you may purchase may differ materially from the product prototype. Thus, we do not guarantee that the quality of the products or other materials that you purchase or obtain will meet your expectations or that any errors that may be included in the service will be corrected. Under no circumstances can LS Tech+ be held liable for any defect relating to the purchased product.

LS Tech+ undertakes to act in good faith and diligently to ensure product satisfaction as far as possible considering the prototyping phase.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Although we make efforts to deliver the products as soon as reasonably possible, you understand and accept that there may be delays. An estimated delivery time is an estimate only, and is subject to change. LS Tech+ does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product on the estimated date. Therefore, in the event that a delay occurs and the shipment date is not met, LS Tech+ is not liable for any damages that may occur due to the delay, and is not liable, except in cases provided herein, to grant discounts, refunds or credits due to such delays. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product, you may cancel your order as provided in Section 6 below.

PRICE & DELIVERY COSTS

The purchase price ("Price") does not include taxes, delivery costs and other government charges, which will be charged to you following the completion of the payment process.

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, or any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

​PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to present as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products appearing on the store. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of color display on your computer screen, especially since the product is in its development phase.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any particular person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We allow ourselves to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. Any product or service offer on this site is void where prohibited by law.

WARRANTIES & EXCHANGES

LS Tech+ sells its products without warranty and at the risk and peril of the buyer. The products are in the prototyping phase and the buyer buys the product in a way that is aware of this reality.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, LS Tech+ may, at its discretion, replace items initially defective or damaged, or damaged under normal use of the device, within 30 days of purchase and upon presentation of proof of purchase.

The return of defective goods will be at the buyer's expense and the time taken to receive the exchanged goods may vary. LS Tech+ is not responsible for the loss of the good incurred during transport and LS Tech+ does not guarantee a processing time for the exchange.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision herein is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions of sale, without this judgment affecting the validity and applicability of the other provisions.

​ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions of Sale or any other policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or relating to the Service constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and us, and govern your use of the service and purchase of products. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior version of the Terms & Conditions of Sale).

APPLICABLE LAW

​These Terms & Conditions of Sale, as well as any separate agreement by which we provide the Services to you, are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
